For the first time in four seasons the Chicago Bears avoided an 0-2 start on Monday night with a dominant 24-17 win over the Seattle Seahawks.
While the score doesn’t reflect just how impressive the team’s defense looked throughout the game, a win is a win. For the second straight week the Bears jumped out to a lead and led the entire game, even the last two and a half minutes of the game this time around.
Offensively, there are still some concerns especially regarding quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, but all-in-all, this was a win the Bears had to have and they got it done.
