The Chicago Bears were back in full pads today at Halas Hall, and this time they spent the majority of the practice going 11 on 11. They had referees out on the practice field to help simulate the game day feel, and center Cody Whitehair said that practicing in this manner helps their conditioning.
Whitehair also mentioned that he’s impressed with second year guard James Daniels, who bulked up a bit this offseason. “He’s really moving guys and he’s really focusing on his technique and he’s done a great job.
