After their two and a half days of minicamp practices, the Chicago Bears have decided to add tight end Tony Moeaki to their 90 man roster according to the Chicago Tribune's Brad Biggs. Moeaki was attending minicamp on a try out basis along with a few other veterans, but with the team's attempts to bolster the tight end position this offseason, Moeaki made the most sense. Since the Bears only had 89 players signed to their roster, no corresponding move was necessary.
Moeaki played his college ball at Iowa and he is from nearby Wheaton, Illinois, having attended Wheaton-Warrenville South high school.
