The Chicago Bears have signed recently waived quarterback Zac Dysert, formerly of the Denver Broncos. To make room for Dysert, the Bears cut undrafted rookie QB Shane Carden.
The 25 year old Dysert was a 7th round draft pick of the Broncos in 2013, so he has a history with head coach John Fox and offensive coordinator Adam Gase. Dysert is 6'3", 221 pounds and he was a four year starter at the University on Miami (Ohio). He had some bried action the last two preseason's for Denver, but he has has never played in a regular season game.
