The Chicago Bears are bringing back defensive tackle John Jenkins, who played with the team during the 2017 season.
Originally a 3rd-round pick of the New Orleans Saints in the 2013 NFL Draft, Jenkins was released in the middle of the 2016 season. The Seahawks picked him up that year and he played in a couple games.
The Bears added him before the 2017 season and he appeared in eight games with one start at nose tackle. The Bears re-signed him the following year, but he was cut before the season started. He landed with the Giants a few days later and he started one of the seven games he played in.
