The Chicago Bears have been in the national spotlight for a few weeks now. As one of the two teams linked to the Carson Wentz trade, the Bears were brought up in conversation, usually negatively or at least unjustly by multiple major network talking heads. Now, Russell Wilson naming Chicago as one of four teams he would be open to a trade with should he and Seattle not come to a resolution has open the floodgates once again.
This is not the first time, nor will it be the last time that the Chicago Bears take negative heat on the national stage.
