In the last seven days the Chicago Bears have placed three players on season ending injured reserve. Today they decided to cut safety Antrel Rolle's season short with a sprained knee. Rolle joins Martellus Bennett (Dec. 8) and Marquess Wilson (Dec. 12) as recent additions to IR and Chicago now has 11 players on the list.
Before this season, Rolle missed only 1 game from 2008 to 2014. This year Rolle only appeared in 7. The Bears have credited Rolle with 45 tackles and a pass defense this year. With Rolle on IR, expect to see more of Chris Prosinski along side rookie Adrian Amos.
