Yesterday we learned that Chicago Bears outside linebackers Lamarr Houston and Willie Young were both cleared to practice after season ending injuries last year, but today Houston elaborated on his clearance.
"We're cleared. I'm 100 percent, just taking it day-to-day & working my back to playing football the proper way."
This is obviously good news for Vic Fangio's defense as they would like to see how he takes to outside linebacker after playing defensive end last year.
During the 2013 season the Denver Broncos lost both Von Miller and Chris Harris to ACL injuries and both played all 16 games last year for head coach John Fox.
