Chicago Bears Injury update: Hroniss Grasu unable to practice

Yesterday the Chicago Bears had starting center Hroniss Grasu practicing on a limited basis while he nursed a neck injury he tweaked that day. Today the Bears decided it was best they held Grasu out of practice completely.

If Grasu isn't recovered by Sunday, they'll likely start Matt Slauson at center against the Minnesota Vikings, with Patrick Omameh starting in Slauson's left guard spot. This would mean that right guard Vladimir Ducasse will have another week to prove he's the best option at that position.

Slauson (knee/shoulder) and Omameh (ankle) were also limited at practice today, as was tackle Jermon Bushrod (shoulder).
