The Chicago Bears will again be without wide receivers Eddie Royal and Marquess Wilson for this weeks game. Royal is still battling a turf toe injury, but Wilson’s injury is more serious. Head coach John Fox has confirmed that he has broken his foot for the third time.
With Alshon Jeffery set to return on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers, the Bears could place Wilson on injured reserve to clear the roster spot. When Fox was asked about Jeffery practicing this week, he said, "It's kind of been business as usual. He plugged right back in." With Jeffery unable to be around the team for his 4 week suspension, some were concerned he wouldn’t be in shape, but Fox said he hasn’t “really noticed any difference from before he left," and that Jeffery is "very competitive,” and “he wants to win.
