The safety position group of the Chicago Bears may look a bit different on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. Rookie Eddie Jackson will still be back there lining up as one starter, but fellow starter Adrian Amos is nursing a hamstring injury and is listed as doubtful. But he’s not the only injured Bears’ safety, as Deon Bush and DeAndre Houston-Carson are both listed as questionable with ankle injuries. Neither of the three injured Chicago safeties practiced today, so I would be surprised if any of them played.
