An interesting article came out where ESPN ranked the top 32 offensive arsenals and weapons. This was a specific ranking set to look at strictly skill players. The list had a specific set of rules.
No quarterbacks or offensive lines were included. No coaching schemes either. Contracts did not factor in, it was strictly valuing 2018. Receivers were weighted higher and elite talent was pushed over depth.
With that said, the Chicago Bears rounded out the top 10 at number 9. Barnwell wrote:
