The Chicago Bears are going to need to find a new defensive coordinator now that Chuck Pagano has decided to retire. Many were calling for Pagano’s head before he announced his retirement, but with how the Chicago Bears brass handled the end of the season press conference, I doubt Pagano would have been fired either.
Whenever you see a new head coach or coordinator, turnover is bound to happen. We did not see this last season here in Chicago. Instead, we saw Mark Helfrich and Harry Heistand become scapegoats for Matt Nagy.
