Chicago Bears Approval Rating: GM Ryan Pace

One quarter of football is under Ryan Pace's belt. How do you think he is doing as GM?

On January 8, 2015, Ryan Pace became the youngest general manager in the NFL, when the Chicago Bears hired him to replace Phil Emery, who had previously held that post for three seasons.

Emery had never been a GM before, and neither had Pace. But the Bears saw something in Ryan Pace that trusted the young first-timer with of one of the most storied-- and valuable-- franchises in the NFL.

Right out of the gate, Ryan Pace hired veteran head coach John Fox to replace ousted Marc Trestman, and between the two, they promised to right the ship that the previous regime had wrecked.
