The Chicago Bears are set to coach the North squad at this years Senior Bowl, with practices to start on January 24th, 2017. So it would makes sense for them to go into that game with a full coaching staff. On Monday the Bears filled their vacant offensive line coaching job and today they added a new running backs coach to their staff.
Adam Caplan of ESPN is reporting that the Bears are hiring Curtis Modkins to serve as their running backs coach. Modkins was the offensive coordinator last year for the San Francisco 49ers, and he previously worked as the offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills from 2010–2012.
