The Chicago Bears do not have much money left to spend as free agency approaches. With the extension to Danny Trevathan and the second-round tender assigned to Roy Robertson-Harris, the Bears are currently looking at less than $16 million in salary-cap space. This is just an estimate as we do not yet know how the Trevathan numbers break down.
Ryan Pace can still find ways to add salary cap space. He can extend Allen Robinson, he can cut or extend Leonard Floyd and there are also a few small cuts to be made too.
