Prior to the 2021 NFL Draft, rumors came out about the Chicago Bears attempting to trade wide receiver, Anthony Miller. Miller is a 2018 second-round draft pick. He flashed the potential to become a breakout player in his rookie season when he finished with seven touchdowns.
Unfortunately, Miller’s second and third seasons did not meet expectations. Despite seeing 31 additional targets in his second season, Miller finished with only two touchdowns. He did increase his catches and yardage, but he lacked consistency. Mental lapses and running his mouth at times cost the Bears’ offense from building a rhythm at times too.
