GLENDALE, Ariz. — Try to name one thing the Bears did right Sunday.
Rookie quarterback Caleb Williams struggled again.
There was no running game.
The defense made major mistakes.
And coach Matt Eberflus, as has often been the case, had no solutions.
That added up to the Cardinals destroying the Bears 29-9 in a game they controlled comfortably from late in the second quarter through the end.
The play before halftime was brutal. The Bears got a late field goal to pull within 14-9, but allowed a 53-yard touchdown run by Cardinals running back Emari Demercado with four seconds remaining.
