One of the best attributes of Matt Nagy is how humble he is. Similar to Sean McVay, he did not come in as a head coach looking to control anything. He gave Vic Fangio autonomy of his defense. He brought in coaches from different experiences and backgrounds on offense to join him as well with college coaches, NFL coaches and friends. It is clear he wants a variety of ideas before putting his full plan together.
It sounds as if Nagy is going to add another mind to the room, and one that has NFL coaching experience, and experience coaching with Matt Nagy.
