INDIANAPOLIS -- The rebuilding Bears find themselves just under a week away from the most critical offseason of the Ryan Pace-John Fox regime. But the tandem seems to be operating from different timelines. Seemingly, Fox is feeling the pressure to produce heading into his third season. Pace, who preached and earned patience from chairman George McCaskey, may have a few more seasons to implement his vision to stabilize the organization and achieve sustained success. However, it's impossible for a team to achieve any sort of success when they don't have an answer at the quarterback position.
"The quarterback situation, obviously, that's the hot topic and it should be," Pace said at the NFL combine this week.
