LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- With Adam Gase hired as head coach of the Miami Dolphins, the Chicago Bears' search for Gase’s replacement is about to heat up.
This development hardly comes as a surprise.
As the season wore on, the Bears expected Gase to be one-and-done in Chicago based on the work he did with quarterback Jay Cutler, plus his experience with Payton Manning in Denver.
