Bears spend weekend building for future, disposing of present

It was a busy weekend for the Chicago Bears. After the first three rounds of the draft, they spent Saturday building up the team and Sunday cleaning house.

In the last day of the draft Saturday, the Bears continued to focus on defense, adding three defensive backs named Deon, Deandre and Deiondre’ and a Grabowski linebacker named Kwiatkoski. They also added a Jewish wide receiver who speaks in the third person in Daniel Braverman and a bruising Big Ten running back in Jordan Howard.
