The Bears signed veteran long snapper Jake McQuaide to the practice squad, with Scott Daly recovering from a knee injury he suffered against the Jaguars on Sunday in London. Daly, who had an MRI on Monday, was still on the 53-man roster as of Tuesday.
McQuaide has 13 years of long-snapping experience with the Rams (2012-2020), Cowboys (2021-22) and the Lions (2023). He made the Pro Bowl with the Rams in 2016 and 2017.
McQuaide would be the Bears’ third long-snapper this season if Daly cannot play against the Commanders on Oct. 27.
