Bears sign third QB Tyler Bray

The Bears decided to kick off the weekend by signing a third quarterback, another former Chief with ties to new head coach Matt Nagy.

They have agreed to terms with Tyler Bray who played collegiality at the University of Tennessee.

Pete Schrager of the NFLN broke the news:

Bray was undrafted in 2013 and has appeared in just one game last season, briefly spelling Patrick Mahomes and he missed on his only passing attempt and rushing for no gain.

He had a decent career for the Volunteers, throwing for 7,444 yards, 69 touchdowns (nice) and 28 interceptions.
