The Chicago Bears have signed running back Knile Davis, the team announced on Saturday night.
Davis, 26, has worked with Bears head coach Matt Nagy before, as he spent the first four years of his NFL career with the Kansas City Chiefs. He spent 55 games with the team and rushed for 800 yards and 11 touchdowns on 245 carries. He also served as a valuable special teamer, as he ran two kickoffs back for touchdowns during his tenure with the Chiefs.
Davis was traded to the Green Bay Packers in October of 2016 for a conditional seventh-round pick.
