Bears sign former Broncos' special teams standout Omar Bolden

Another ex-Denver Bronco has joined John Fox in Chicago.

The Bears announced on Thursday they have signed former Broncos safety and special teams standout Omar Bolden to a one-year deal. According to the Denver Post, Bolden's contract with the Bears is for $760,000.

A fourth-round selection in the 2012 NFL Draft out of Arizona State, Bolden has appeared in 56 games over four seasons with the Broncos. His 27 special teams tackles are tied for the most on the Broncos since 2013. Bolden has also added 1,085 yards on 44 kickoff returns and 123 yards and a touchdown on five punt returns.
