Receiver Keenan Allen won’t play Sunday against the Colts.
The Bears ruled him out Friday. A heel injury that first appeared last month has caused Allen to miss the last six practices and Sunday’s game in Houston. Allen, whose 2023 ended early because of a similar injury, did not even test the heel on the field before the Texans game.
The Bears also ruled out running back Travis Homer, who has a finger injury, and fullback Khari Blasingame, who has injuries to his hand and knee. Defensive lineman Zacch Pickens is out with a groin injury.
