Bears wide reciever Allen Robinson recently talked with the Chicago Star Times about embattled running back Kareem Hunt.
Hunt, who was cut from the Chiefs and placed on the comissioner's exempt list after a video of him assaulting a woman surfaced, has been continually linked to the Bears. Though Hunt's history with Matt Nagy and Mitch Trubisky made for a natural on-field match, questions about Hunt's fit in Halas Halls' culture persisted.
Some of those questions were answered on Monday when Robinson talked to Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times about it:
‘‘From when I met [him] and everything like that, for us to bring him into our locker room, I think guys would welcome him with open arms,’’ Robinson said.
