The Bears on Monday re-signed another one of their own free agents, inking tight end Rob Housler to a one-year contract.
Housler originally joined the Bears last Dec. 8 and appeared in the final four games, catching three passes for 27 yards.
Housler entered the NFL in 2011 with the Cardinals as a third-round draft pick from Florida Atlantic. He played four seasons with Arizona, appearing in 55 games with 28 starts and catching 105 passes for 1,133 yards and one touchdown.
Housler played the first six games last season with the Browns before being placed on injured reserve Nov.
