GURNEE, Ill. -- Chicago Bears running back Jeremy Langford suffered a left foot injury in Chicago's 23-22 preseason loss to New England that required him to wear a walking boot during Saturday's practice.
"I think he got landed on," Bears coach John Fox said. "He got sore after the game."
Langford, a 2015 fourth-round pick, carried the football eight times for 55 yards and one touchdown against the Patriots. He also caught one pass for eight yards.
Fox declined to say if the Bears are just being cautious with Langford, who gained 816 yards from scrimmage as Matt Forte's primary backup last season.
