CHICAGO -- Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams was spotted with a cast on his right wrist while taking in the USC-Wisconsin men's basketball game on Saturday. It was the result of minor elective surgery to remove a cyst, a team source told ESPN, that is not expected to impact Williams' offseason.

The quarterback underwent a procedure that was deemed "not serious," according to a source close to Williams. NFL Network first reported that 23-year-old quarterback had a cyst removed. At no point during his rookie season was Williams on the Bears' injury report for a wrist or hand injury.
