LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Chicago Bears rookie Mitchell Trubisky's successful outing in the preseason opener two weeks away reminded veteran cornerback Prince Amukamara of another first-round quarterback who entered the league with great fanfare.
"I mean, the first game he had a little [Johnny] Manziel-esque in his game just running around," Amukamara said Friday. "I never watched him in college so I didn't know he was that mobile. So just to see him like that really opened a lot of our eyes."
Trubisky's accuracy when running outside of the pocket has been arguably his greatest strength in the preseason.
