Bears Place WR Rueben Randle On Injured Reserve

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Bears have placed WR Rueben Randle on injured reserve Sunday to make room for K Roberto Aguayo, who was claimed off of waivers.

Randle, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Giants back in 2012. He spent four years in New York before signing a one-year contract with the Eagles last year.

Philadelphia released him at the start of the 2016 season and he sat out the year before signing a future/reserve contract with the Bears this past January.

In 2015, Randle appeared in all 16 games and caught 57 passes for 797 yards receiving and eight touchdowns.
