On the same day they cut veteran cornerback Tim Jennings, the Bears lost another starting member of the 2014 secondary.
Safety Ryan Mundy was placed on season-ending injured reserve, the team announced Sunday night.

Mundy, sidelined this preseason with a hip injury, came over to the Bears following the 2013 season and was the team's leading tackler last season.
