Cabin fever can set in for the football community this time of year. So when a bit of fervor arises on social media regarding any Bears player, that creates discussion of fits and trades. It also means jumping into draft needs and off-season optimism: much more lighter hearted topics.
Thankfully, the 2018 Draft is just two weeks away where much of these situations can be averted. The season where Matt Nagy and company can fully jump on this optimism is unfortunately and obviously not until September though. That means this honeymoon Bears’ phase of good faith can continue for now.
