Brad Biggs reports that the Bears are re-signing veteran K Connor Barth to a one-year contract that includes $155,000 guaranteed.

Barth, 30, originally signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina back in 2008. He spent just over a year in Kansas before he was cut loose.

After a brief stint with the Dolphins, the Buccaneers signed him to a contract back in 2009 and later returned to the team on a two-year deal last season.
