Bears offensive line scrambles again with LT Charles Leno out

As if the Bears didn’t already have enough trouble with their offensive line, left tackle Charles Leno missed practice Thursday because of a toe injury.

If he is out against the Packers, the Bears would be down to two of their original five starters: center Cody Whitehair and right guard Germain Ifedi. Right tackle Bobby Massie and left guard James Daniels are on injured reserve.

Daniels is out for the season with a pectoral injury. Massie (knee) is believed to be working toward a return.

The Bears’ next tackle is former Packer Jason Spriggs. They could play him for Leno and shift Ifedi to right tackle, where he played for the Seahawks.
