CHICAGO -- Chicago Bears outside linebacker Lamarr Houston has been ruled out of the second half of Monday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles because of a knee injury.
Houston clutched his left knee after fell to the turf on a rush attempt at the 5:14 mark of the second quarter. The seven-year NFL veteran stayed on the field for several minutes but eventually walked to the sidelines accompanied by the Bears' medial team.
Houston, who led the Bears with eight sacks last year, tore his ACL celebrating a meaningless sack of Jimmy Garappolo late in Chicago's 51-23 blowout loss in New England in October of 2014.
