The Chicago Bears have announced the hiring of Mark DeLeone as their new inside linebackers coach. DeLeone had spent the previous six years with the Kansas City Chiefs, so he has a history with head coach Matt Nagy.
His first job in the NFL was with the New York Jets in 2012 where he was a defensive quality control coach. He held that same position with the Chiefs in 2013 and 2014 before being promoted to assistant linebackers coach the next three seasons. Last year he was moved to inside linebackers coach in K.
