Bears Grades: Some good, some bad in secondary vs. Packers

A difficult area to critique because of the near-complete lack of a pass rush on Aaron Rodgers, giving receivers too much time to work free or gain positioning advantages.

Alan Ball was beaten by James Jones for a touchdown and a 34-yard play in the second quarter, one of two touchdowns scored by Jones. On the other hand, while Ball on occasion appeared to lose Jones completely, the touchdown catches were against very sound, tight coverage, with Rodgers getting the ball in against single coverage and the receivers successfully winning battles for the ball.

Rookie Adrian Amos provided much-needed run support out of the safety position, meeting Eddie Lacy in the hole for a for a first-quarter stop to key a three-and-out.
