Bears Grades: Defensive line fails to make an impact again

For the second game in a row, the Bears failed to sack an opposing quarterback. The Bears have not gone two straight games without a sack since Weeks 2-3 of the 2010 season.

Not that there weren’t chances. Jarvis Jenkins beat his block for a clear run at Carson Palmer in the first half, flushing the Arizona quarterback from the pocket and forcing a throwaway but still allowing Jenkins a huge hit on Palmer.

The line was hurt by the knee injury that landed Ego Ferguson on the inactive list. Brandon Dunn, moved up from the practice squad, contributed two tackles.
