Bears GM on Mitchell Trubisky: We don't have to force it

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. -- Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace has no hint of offseason buyer’s remorse at quarterback.

“It’s been awesome,” Pace said on ESPN 1000’s Kap & Company Show.

“That conviction [in our quarterbacks] has just grown, that confidence has grown more and more. The more you’re around these guys, the more you feel their personalities and see them play live; we’ve talked about this before, there is no more important position in the league than quarterback. To go address that aggressively in multiple ways only improves our chances of success.
