Bears fall to Eagles in home opener

Adding injury to insult, the Bears lost quarterback Jay Cutler (hand), defensive tackle Eddie Goldman (ankle), defensive backs Adrian Amos (concussion) and Bryce Callahan (concussion) and running back Ka'Deem Carey (hamstring) to injuries.

Trailing 9-7, the Bears yielded their first touchdown of the game on Ryan Mathews' 3-yard run, which gave the Eagles a 16-7 lead with :53 left in the third quarter.
