There's a lot of intrigue and excitement around new Bears coach Matt Nagy. Mitch Trubisky aptly described it throughout the offseason, saying Nagy is bringing a gunslinger's mentality to the job and is giving fans something to get fired up about.
That said, he's still a rookie coach. And with first-time coaches comes a lot of unknowns. As a result, Nagy and his assistants were ranked 20th in a recent power ranking of NFL coaching staffs.
The 40-year-old Nagy appears to have a big future ahead of him after doing big things with Alex Smith and the Chiefs in his only season as that team's offensive coordinator.
