Bears coach Matt Eberflus will not learn from what happened leading up to the blocked field goal that cost his team the game against the Packers on Sunday because he believes he handled it correctly.
Down 20-19, the Bears reached the Packers’ 30-yard line got a two-yard run by Roschon Johnson to the 28 with 28 seconds left, but rather than run another play, Eberflus let the clock go down to three seconds and called timeout.
“I wouldn’t mind one more run, assuming they take care of the ball,” Tom Brady said on the broadcast.
