Mitch Trubisky figures to start Sunday’s game against the Saints — even if the Bears insisted on calling their quarterback questionable Friday.
“I like where he’s at. ... ” coach Matt Nagy said Friday. “Mentally, physically, I feel like, so far, he’s passing the test.”
Nagy admitted there’s not much left to test.
It would be a surprise, then, were Trubisky to not play. He took all the Bears’ first-team snaps Thursday and Friday.
Nineteen days after the quarterback dislocated his left shoulder against the Vikings, Trubisky practiced in full for the third-straight day Friday.
