Despite their 35 to 16 loss to the Green Bay Packers, the Chicago Bears are postseason bound for the second time in the last three seasons.
Thanks to the Los Angeles Rams beating the Arizona Cardinals 18 to 7, the Bears have backed into the NFC playoffs with an 8-8 record. Arizona also finished 8-8, but the Bears hold the tiebreaker against them.
The 2020 season is the first ever to have seven playoff teams in each conference, so the Bears are fortunate to have snuck in.
