The Bears on Wednesday signed defensive lineman Jimmy Staten to their practice squad.
Staten, 25, was selected by the Seahawks in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of Middle Tennessee. He has also spent time with the Giants, Patriots and Chiefs, but has yet to appear in an NFL regular-season game.
The Bears made three practice-squad moves Tuesday, signing running back Raheem Mostert and releasing running back Senorise Perry and offensive lineman Laurence Gibson.
Mostert, 24, entered the NFL in 2015 with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue.
