Former Bears players took to Twitter in frustration after Sunday’s 34-30 loss to the Lions, with at least one wondering if the Bears will fire coach Matt Nagy before the end of the season.
“I saw some … firings in my time in Chicago, none of which happened midseason,” wrote former Pro Bowl offensive lineman Kyle Long, who retired after the Bears put him on injured reserve last year. “I wonder what the tipping point is, and who ultimately makes that decision.”
