In his first two seasons with the Bears, John Fox has led the organization to nine wins.
Or one less than Marc Trestman had in his first of two seasons. The Bears finished Fox’s second season with a 3-13 record after getting embarrassed in Minnesota 38-10 in the season finale Sunday.
As a reminder, the Bears went 5-11 in Trestman’s second and final season, which was the biggest disaster in recent Bears memory, until, you know, this season.
Fox is a better head coach than Trestman, that’s no argument. In fact, it’s probably an argument against Fox’s job security.
